Sandy brings over 30 years of global sourcing, design, and sales leadership expertise. She joined Konik in 2001 to lead sourcing operations worldwide.

From Asia to South America, Sandy has played a key role in setting up production for iconic McDonald's Happy Meal premiums and identifying innovative products for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Known for her strategic insight and deep industry expertise, Sandy leads initiatives for Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller dynamic brands delivering impactful, creative solutions.

Outside of her professional role, Sandy is passionate about animals and conservation. On weekends, you can find her cycling, exploring art museums, attending live concerts, or savoring a fine bottle of wine. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
